The Donalds are being sent to Victoria as missionary church planters!
The CityLights vision statement is "Gospel Lights, Everywhere."  We believe that Jesus loves everyone, everywhere and CityLights is sending the Donalds to pioneer a new work to plant the good news of Jesus and shine bright in a new context.
