We’re excited to dedicate a two-night retreat to explore what it means to come ‘face to face’ with God: to know Him and allow ourselves to be known by Him; to seek His presence and be refreshed as a community.
We’re setting aside this unhurried time to grow deeper in our relationships with God and with one another. You’re invited to receive teaching, worship, prayer, and play centred on the reality of who we are in Jesus. Brent Unrau, from Soul Stream (www.soulstream.org) will lead us in contemplative activities inviting deeper intimacy with God, ourselves, and each other. We hope and pray you can join in this set-apart time.

Nestled in the forest of the Fraser Canyon, Camp Squeah is the perfect place to draw near to God and be refreshed. Enjoy the tranquility of its grounds while breathing in the fresh mountain air

Accommodation:Hotel style with private bathrooms.
All rooms are double-occupancy or family-sized rooms. Married couples and families will automatically be assigned to the same room. If you are single and would like to have a room of your own, you can select that add-on with your registration.
Registration covers accommodations, food, and general retreat costs. Bedding, towels, toiletries, and snacks aren't provided so please pack those with you.
Childcare: Provided at specific moments in the day
A fun and age-appropriate kids program is offered throughout the weekend so parents can rest and engage with the teaching sessions. Childcare providers will be from other communities (not CityLights). More information to come. Parents are invited to bring monitors for their kids to put them down in the room and then join for games and snacks at night.

If finances are holding you back from attending this event, please email info@citylightschurch.ca and we can discuss how Citylights can help support you. We would love for you and your family to join us and don’t want finances to be a barrier. There is some financial support available, so please reach out to let us know.
Conversely, if you are able to make a donation towards helping the retreat occur and helping others participate who may struggle to afford it please e-transfer finance@citylightschurch.ca and note "retreat help" or visit www.clvan.ca/give
