CityLights is in the process of recalibrating our approach, so our gatherings look a little different than your typical church gathering.
What are Recalibration Gatherings? These Sunday gatherings help us stay connected and assist in recalibration. They begin with a prayer experience. They are highly participatory as we join in setup, training, planning, and clean-up together. They are flexible and typically a simple potluck-style brunch.
Recalibration is a process. During this season our focus is being disciples. We want to form a disciple-making culture and begin to intentionally become disciples ourselves. We don't want to start with events or groups — those can grow from a reproducing disciple.
